It was the first time I used Glenrental and I will certainly use their services again. The pick-up and drop-off process was very smooth and efficient and we were able to extend the rental period by 24 hours without any hassle. We were given a KIA Stonic that was only a few months old, it was thoroughly cleaned and could have been mistaken for being brand new. I was surprised that it was the high-spec GT line version of the car; normally when you rent a car you get the most basic version. This model had all the latest features and driver aids like lane keep assist, blindspot warnings as well as a large touch screen. It was very fuel efficient which was appreciated as we had a long drive and petrol isn't cheap at the moment! The car itself was slightly smaller than expected. It is a little crossover not a large SUV, but we managed to fit in everything we needed to with some creative packing. The staff were friendly and personable and explained everything about the rental. All of the signing in and out process was done on their phones and the agreement and all relevant information goes straight to your email. A happy customer; I will use Glenrental next time I am in Carlisle.
